Here are the facts that make it a gold mine:
- Only one shift (meaning low staff costs)—Georgy is closed during the day. We open at 8 PM.
- EBITDA of 40% (minimum).
- Franchise fee of only 15,000 EUR.
- Initial investment could be as low as 20,000 EUR depending on the size of the space
- ROI 1-3 years.
All of the above is based on the real turnover of our flagship bar. This bar runs only 7months of the year. If you operate year-round, the result should be 40% better!

THE OFFER
Owning a successful bar was never easier. The Georgy concept was perfected for 10 years and now it
is ready to be multiplied and scaled. By becoming a Franchisee, you will not only get a set of
documents and instructions, you will get 10 years of experience without having to make the
mistakes, and a good friend and mentor to lead you every step of the way.
We will help you with:
– Finding the right space
– Organising and decorating the interior
– Setting up the work stations
– Organising the workflow
After we have done all of that, we will train you in how to successfully run the bar and your business.
From the verbal communication with the guests to the most efficient way to organise the bar and
prepare the shooters. Basically, we will hold your hand as long as it needs to be held.
In our training sessions we will teach you everything. From how to entertain your customers and get
them to come back, to how to make 15 shooters in 20 seconds.
We will provide you with a proprietary list of shooters and show you the best ways to sell them and
have loads of fun while doing it
THE TRAININGS
1. FLAGSHIP BAR TRAINING
This phase imparts in-depth knowledge of the GEORGY brand, operational procedures, marketing
strategies, financial management, and industry-specific insights.
2. FRANCHISEE UNIT TRAINING
After flagship training, franchisees receive hands-on training at their designated unit, ensuring they
master the menu, service guidelines, and daily operations. Detailed training in promotion and
marketing and extensive guidelines in how to communicate

a defined geographical area, you are the sole operator of a GEORGY Shooters Bar. This

Compared to other franchises you will se that The GEORGY shooters bar is on the affordable side.
Depending on the size of the space your initial investment can be as low as 20T€. There is no
expensive equipment you need to buy in order to open a GEORGY. Our modular workstation is very
affordable and can fit into every space. Depending on the size and shape of the space, the
workstations are added next to each other and they form THE BAR.
THE BAR
The BAR is the centrepiece of every GEORGY shooters bar and we will help you design it and fit it to
your space. Hint: It has to be as long as possible !
The concept does not require tables or waiters. Everyone comes up to The BAR and orders direct
with the bartender.
The ideal GEORGY Shooters bar is between 40 an 60m2 but it can be also bigger. The first one we
ever opened was only 18m2 and even that size, it is highly profitable.

The drawings are here to show our concept and how important The BAR is. It is the heart of the

All the guests are at The Bar, standing next to each other. Such a space disintegrates groups and
people start talking to everyone. This makes the place ideal to meet new people and guests love that.
On one side, The Bar holds one workstation every 2m so it provides a great platform for the
bartenders to talk to the guests and get to know them, on the other side it maximises the output
